Existence of a global weak solution for a reaction-diffusion problem with membrane conditions


I presented a recent result concerning reaction-diffusion systems with transmission conditions. This kind of systems can describe the passage of cancer cells through membranes due to diffusion and chemical factors. In this talk, I discuss about the existence of weak solutions for this problem. This result is an extension of the classical theory of reaction-diffusion systems (without membrane conditions). In particular, the proof is done for low regularity initial data and high order non linearities.
